Fresh Baguette is looking for a talented and passionate Junior Pastry Cook for its Rockville production center (804 Hungerford Drive Rockville, MD 20850). The Junior Pastry Cook's role is to assist the Pastry Chefs in their daily operations. As a Junior Pastry Cook you will:Use kitchen equipment such as mixer, blenders, ovens and cookers.Follow clear written procedures when handling recipes.Food Safety and Sanitation: Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Implement and enforce proper hygiene practices, including ingredient handling, storage, and disposal.
