Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to manage
diverse finance functions and support the organization's
mission.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP
Oversee full cycle accounting, including monthly financial
statements and reconciliations
Manage the annual financial statement audit process and prepare
detailed account reports
Qualifications
Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
At least 15 years of experience in accounting and financial
analysis, with 10 years in a non-profit organization
Knowledge of non-profit grants rules and regulations according to
FASB
Proficiency in financial software applications, particularly
Quickbooks
Experience leading or supporting an audit with a nonprofit
entity
