Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Administrator to manage accounts payable processes remotely.



Key Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle accounts payable process using Microsoft D365 for approximately 300 invoices per month
Process expense reports and maintain vendor accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payments
Prepare accounts payable accruals and assist with documentation for auditors


Required Qualifications

5+ years of accounts payable processing experience
Prior Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred
Associates Degree or higher in Accounting is preferred
Experience handling year-end tax forms, including 1099s
Intermediate Excel skills required, including Formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPs
