We have an immediate need for a Payroll Accountant. Responsible for timely management of electronic time sheets. Successful candidates will need to have a total understanding of the payroll process and run all aspects of payroll from start to finish for the organization. Having an understanding on G/L and how payrolls are entered is ideal. Must have current experience in ADP Pay Expert and Costpoint 6.0 or newer version. Seeking 5+ years of payroll processing experience. In this role you will manage daily operations within the payroll department. Will be responsible for processing all types of payroll requirements including unemployment reporting, vacation/sick, garnishments, etc. Payroll consists of hourly employees, salaried employees, and international employees. Will be responsible for generating all reports and submitting to corporate management. BS Degree in Accounting is ideal, but experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
