Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Auditor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Audit various Eligibility work items and processes, tracking findings and communicating results
Maintain training plans and departmental documentation
Analyze areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in PowerSTEPP Eligibility or Quality Assurance in managed care/health insurance
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize independently
Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work collaboratively
Proficiency in MS Office
