The successful candidate will provide strategic securities law counseling for launching new investment products and platforms, as well as discrete counseling on laws and regulations applicable to issuers and intermediaries in securities transactions. This role demands intellectual curiosity, regulatory rigor, and knowledge of cutting-edge technologies in the financial services sector. The group is highly collaborative, offering opportunities to work directly with innovative companies, play an entrepreneurial role in building the practice, and benefit from ongoing mentoring.Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience related to investment products and securities intermediaries, with more senior candidates also welcome. Knowledge of investment adviser, broker-dealer, and/or other securities and commodities regulations, particularly with a focus on fintech companies, is preferred.
