We are looking to speak with experienced tax associate attorneys to join our client's well regarded and busy tax practice group in Washington, DC.

Annual salary: $250,000 - $370,000This is an excellent opportunity to grow your practice across federal income taxation, with an emphasis on:

  • Real estate private equity funds
  • Public and private REITs
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Real estate investment trusts
  • Infrastructure projects
  • Capital markets
  • Real estate acquisitions and divestituresYou will also advise clients on:
  • Fund formation and acquisitions of portfolio companies by private equity funds
  • Structuring of inbound foreign investment
  • Real estate finance (representing developers and financial institutions)
