We are looking to speak with experienced tax associate attorneys to join our client's well regarded and busy tax practice group in Washington, DC.

Annual salary: $250,000 - $370,000This is an excellent opportunity to grow your practice across federal income taxation, with an emphasis on:

Real estate private equity funds
Public and private REITs
Mergers and acquisitions
Real estate investment trusts
Infrastructure projects
Capital markets
Real estate acquisitions and divestituresYou will also advise clients on:
Fund formation and acquisitions of portfolio companies by private equity funds
Structuring of inbound foreign investment
Real estate finance (representing developers and financial institutions)
Corporate acquisitions and reorganizationsThe work is rewarding, the team is fantastic, and the career development and market exposure is the next level.
