HURRY!!!! Amazing company looking to bring in the right person to be the fresh new face of their front office! Are you ready to start your career off in a well known company, with great co-workers and a great environment? Then this is the position for you. Looking for someone who is energetic, friendly, personable, and able to juggle multiple things. Responsibilities would consist of; greeting visitors, operate switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization. Other duties may include, sending correspondence, reviewing letters and or emails before final send off, and possibly set up meetings and or organize conferences and conference rooms; such as ordering lunches, and reserving rooms. MUST have 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, performing the duties listed above.
