Hall Render is currently seeking an experienced tax attorney to join our tax and tax exemption practice. While the Indianapolis office is the preferred location, we will consider other locations based on the skillset and experience of the candidate.Opportunities and Responsibilities:

• Dive into Complex Tax Issues: Advise clients undertaking complex business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and creation of new entities, including limited liability companies and joint ventures.
• Client-Centric Approach: Develop a deep understanding of client operations, providing tax strategies and solutions that align with the client's business objectives.
• Team-Driven Success: Work in a supportive and intellectually stimulating environment where challenging issues are tackled with a team-first approach.
• Accelerated Growth: Benefit from a collaborative work environment.We are looking for:
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law.
• At least five years of legal tax experience.
• Experience advising taxable organizations, including private equity entities, regarding tax-related issues in transactions, preferred.
• Accounting/CPA background and/or an LLM in Taxation, preferred.
• Prior employment with the Internal Revenue Service, desired but not essential.Hall Render offers:
