• Create and execute email marketing lifecycle programs and promotional campaigns that educate and convert homeowners
• Monitor email metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights for improvement
• Manage our subscriber database, ensure compliance with email regulations, and resolve any deliverability challenges
• Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, targeted messages
• Work closely with Creative, RevOps, and Inside Sales to create visually engaging email templates and deliver cross-functional marketing campaigns
• Contribute to overall marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue
• Develop and implement new digital marketing channels as neededMust Haves:
  • 3+ years experience in email marketing
  • Experience with B2C and B2B email marketing strategy and at least one leading email marketing service provider (Hubspot, Braze, Salesforce, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Preferred experience with other digital channels (SMS, paid ads, website, app)
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefits Overview:
