Manager - Director of Center Operations - Administrator The
Business Office Team is responsible for collaborating and leading
the Imaging Center team in providing excellent patient care and
supporting the operational goals for both the Center and the
organization. This includes all customer and patient-facing
responsibilities including welcoming, registering, and overall
patient coordination, as well as phone correspondence, scheduling
appointments, inventory, medical record management,
preauthorization, denial management, and registration workflows.
The upper levels of this series also include the training,
supervision, and management of Business Office team members. The
overall scope for this series is designed to ensure the management
and resources are available to maintain a quality, high
functioning, and customer friendly Outpatient Imaging Center.
Requirements EDUCATION: To be competitive, must have high school
diploma or general education degree (GED) SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability
to work independently and multitask. Ability to provide
documentation accurately and concisely. Knowledge of medical
terminology. Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft
Office Preauthorization Insurance Denials Registration Workflow
Customer Service REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: --- Minimum of five years
working in a like setting in a supervisory capacity. --- Must have
significant business office and supervisory experience in hospital,
healthcare, or related setting. --- Must be skilled and qualified
to perform the job duties for areas they supervise. Imaging studies
are an essential component of preventative care and treatment, and
having the best diagnostic equipment possible is a vital step to
good preventive health for our patients. Our experts use a variety
of imaging modalities to provide diagnosis, consultation, and
