Job Description:
Introduction When a multi-family property (apartment) has an
emergency, such as a fire, flood, or noticeable mold growth, we
assist the property managers, maintenance teams, and asset managers
by getting those units back online so they continue to be rentable
and so the residents of those units have a livable home. By
providing great service, our customers experience peace of mind,
knowing we will treat the situation with the utmost care and
professionalism. Apartment Restorers was established in 2008
because our parent company, Apartment Turnovers (ATI) kept having
requests for water, fire, and mold damage restoration. With our
specialized trainings and certifications in water, fire, mold, and
biohazard emergencies, in addition to the apartment turn service,
both companies can now be a true partner to our property managers
and asset managers through the entire life of the property. Our
reputation in the industry is that we respond quickly, we do what
we say, and we are honest and reliable. The core values that drive
our culture are: Hard Work Eager To Help Resourceful Honest Do What
You Say In addition to our core business of water, fire, and mold
restoration, we also service our clients by increasing their
property values through renovation of units (usually after a
property ownership or management change) and standard maintenance
teamwork duties such as dryer vent and duct cleanings, maintenance
ticket management, and property improvements in the capital
expenditures category. The Position The Operations Manager will

To clarify, water, fire, and mold restoration issues at Apartment
Restorers frequently require immediate response to a
property-related emergency which can occur anytime day or night. We
need someone with the work experience of being on-call to having
responded day or night. We are looking for someone who has
experienced handling some type of property emergency/property
disaster such as fire, mold, and water damage OR has experience
with property large-loss recovery. Apartment Restorers is in a
growth focus phase. The company is well-positioned to respond to
emergencies and then execute on the repair work needed. The
Apartment Restoration business is first based upon the development
of a relationship with key decision-makers. The true "sale" is made
with that relationship development. Then when an emergency happens
at any hour of the day or night, the key decision-maker is making
their call to the relationship they trust to handle the emergency
and "make the problem go away". Current annual sales projections
are for $14 Million with growth over the next five years to $20-30
