About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to join our team at Summit ASC Franklin Square. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility, driving the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team to maintain high-quality patient care and safety standards
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure efficient surgical procedures
• Develop and implement effective clinical programs and policies
• Manage budgets and resources to optimize facility operations
• Provide exceptional leadership and supervision to clinical staffRequirements
  • Proven experience as a clinical manager or other managerial position
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of standards and regulations for the clinical field
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems
  • Excellent communication and people skills
