Holton-Arms School invites applications for the position of
Associate Director of College Counseling to start immediately. This
is a 12-month, full-time position reporting to the Upper School
Director and Director of College Counseling.
Associate Director of College Counseling Overview:
The Associate Director of College Counseling is a core member of
the College Counseling and Upper School office teams. The Associate
Director of College Counseling guides students and their families
through all facets of the college application and selection
process. Our college counseling department takes a
student-centered, developmentally appropriate approach to the
college search and application process. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, flexibility,
and the ability to work as part of a team. Typically, 100% of our
graduates enroll in a four-year institution.
