As a Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility, driving the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center
• Ensure the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient care and safety
• Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionalsRequirements:
  • Proven experience as a clinical manager or other managerial position
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field
