• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field required. Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of previous foundation or donor relationship management experience. Experience in healthcare preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in a fundraising environment. Experience in healthcare preferred.Hours and compensation potential:

• Position is full time.
• Range is between $100K-$125K depending on experience.
• Full benefits package including relocation assistance.What you'll be doing:
• The Foundation Director will provide leadership in developing, directing and executing all activities for the Healthcare Foundation including fundraising, donor relations, foundation board and committee relationships, and community outreach efforts.
• This role is vital in supporting the advancement of the programs and services of the Hospital District and inspiring people to support exceptional healthcare for the region.
• The Foundation Director also provides strategic leadership to the Foundation Board of Directors and Committees, driving financial and community support for the Foundation's mission.
• Will have direct and indirect reports over the Foundation Specialist, and Development Assistant (shared support between Foundation/Marketing) and Project Subcontractors.Additional Info:
  • The individual in this position reports to the Chief Development & Communications Officer and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer.
