Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced restaurant manager to join our team at The Salt Line Bethesda. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of comparable experience, is an excellent team player, and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include working closely with the General Manager, supervising daily shifts and operations, staff support and development, and maintaining company and legal standards.
