Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to join our team at Public Storage.As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our storage facilities, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Facility Maintenance: Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, and perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.
• Administrative Tasks: Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Transportation: Utilize your own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business.Requirements: Successful candidates will have a valid driver's license and experience in customer service centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
