General Manager - Campus Ford - Waynesboro, VA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all dealership operations, including sales, service, and finance departments
  
• Drive sales effectiveness and exceed customer satisfaction goals (CSI)
  
• Manage and mentor a talented team, ensuring productivity and a positive work environment
  
• Ensure operational efficiency across all departments
  
• Develop and execute growth strategies to maximize profitability
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Ford dealership experience required
    
  • Must be Approved by Ford Motor Company as F2 TGM
    
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, and finance
    
  • Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
    
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
    
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize dealership performance
