A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to the President to provide essential support in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize the Executive's calendar, emails, and correspondence
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and prepare for engagements
Organize company events, offsites, and team gatherings with attention to detail


Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Fluency in English; German proficiency is highly desirable
Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
Mastery of productivity tools such as Notion, Airtable, and Google spreadsheets
Based in Europe and open to occasional travel
