Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance payer relations function, aligning with
financial and compliance goals
Negotiate in-network contracts and manage the end-to-end
contracting process
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claims submission and
payment issues
Required Qualifications
6+ years of contracting and network experience
Experience contracting with or on behalf of a payer
Understanding of health plan network operations and management
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record
Analytical and data-driven skills
