Dutch Gold Honey is seeking a Vice President of Finance / Controller with to work collaboratively with company leaders to advance the overall financial management of the organization and contribute to the strategic oversight and vision of the Dutch Gold family of companies. The Vice President of Finance / Controller will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership to the accounting and administrative teams including human resources and technology. This position requires a knowledgeable leader with strong organizational and administrative skills that demonstrate business, accounting and financial acumen. The Vice President of Finance / Controller will have a successful track record of providing leadership to overall business operations in a multi-faceted organization, advancing efficiencies, and ensuring lean, cost-effective operations. The ability to develop people, build relationships, and further company culture is essential to the role.

Vice President of Finance / Controller position qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance / accounting senior leadership role in a company of similar size and complexity, required; food manufacturing or related industry, a plus
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, required; MBA and/or CPA is highly desirable
--Demonstrated proficiency with technology, human resources and operations, needed
Demonstrated cost accounting experience in a manufacturing, distribution or similar environment
--Experience in a multi-company environment with significant inter-company transactions, required
--Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to build and lead teams, communicate, and manage well at all levels of the organization, essential
