A company is looking for a Director, Client Retention & Renewals
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement process improvements and strategies to
enhance client retention and renewal rates
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to align on
renewal goals and initiatives
Manage a team focused on driving retention goals and serve as an
escalation point for client concerns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations
management, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in operations, customer success, or account
management, particularly in renewals or retention
Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational
excellence
Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Gainsight, and Microsoft Office
Suite is a plus
