We are makers of good foodThe Good Eating Company is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Area Operations Manager to support our Corporate Services business in Washington DC and Reston Virginia.The position requires a strategic-thinking leader who can work in partnership with our client's vision & expectations while delivering high quality dining service programs that will achieve high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence with the ability to work within complex, multiple client organizations. Strong relationship skills are a must to effectively work internally as well as externally to the organization.We are looking for candidates who:

• Possesses exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relations skills with the ability to work both horizontally & vertically in the organization
• Strong Financial acumen with demonstrated success handling complex financial contracts with many aspirational requirements
• Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively address operational and client needs
• Proven ability to develop and motivate a team across multiple sites in a complex environment
