  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Current license for Registered Nurse registered with Virginia Board of Nursing
    
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
    
  • Experience with electronic medical records preferred
    
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification required
    
    
    Compensation: Up to $44.00/hour based on experience, including shift diffs
    
    Sign On Bonus: $5,000 for RN part-time positions after 45 days in good standing
    
    Responsibilities:
    
    • 
      
    • Develop relationships with residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach
      
    • Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice
      
    • Promote residents' independence by establishing care goals and teaching self-care skills
      
    • Monitor residents' clinical and care conditions and act on changes to ensure patient comfort and safety
      
    • Work alongside care associates to perform routine nursing care
      
    • Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications
      
    • Develop and coordinate a comprehensive plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
      
    • Support residents' preferences and routines in their electronic medical record
      
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation
      
    • Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager
