Awesome Full-time opportunity! Taheri Dental Group is growing and we're looking for a stand-out Dental Hygienist to work at our office located in Manassas, VA 20109. This is a Full-time position with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 4 PM (with a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM), and Friday from 7 AM to 1 PM.We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Dental Hygienist who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our patients. The ideal candidate must have an active hygiene license for the state of Virginia.Our Manassas office is conveniently located on Crestwood Drive, near the Manassas Mall and just off Sudley Road. It is easily accessible from the Sudley, West Gate, Ashton Glen, Brostow, Uniontown, Groveton, Gainesville, Woodlawn Meadows, and Yorkshire communities, all within a 15-minute drive. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $54-$57/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday No weekends License/Certification: VA Hygienist License (Required) Responsibilities: - Conduct dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning procedures- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive patient care Skills: - Proficiency in four-handed dentistry- Knowledge of medical terminology- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices- Competence in using Epic and CAD systems- Ability to assist in various dental procedures- Understanding of medical records management- Previous experience in dental assistingQualifications:- Active Dental Hygiene license in Virginia- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor- Commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentBenefits:- Competitive salary based on experience- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage- Paid time off (PTO) for work-life balance- 401k retirement plan for future financial security- Continuing education opportunities to support professional growth
