Manager is specifically seeking at least 2 years of hospital CM
experience across different units. Must have active WA license to
submit.Please indicate the WA license status : Active , in Process
or no license on your profile. IF " in process status " Please
provide applied date and ETA of issue dateIf your traveler has
worked for any Providence affiliated facility as a perm staff they
must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months
to qualify for a travel contract. Open to MSW Care Manager (& have
EITHER Associate clinical license or LCISW) or RN Care Manager.
Requires a 1) Masters in social work and 2)Washington-issued
post-MSW license such as the licensed social work associate
independent clinical. (The associate licenses are the precursor to
the full social work licenses.) Please confirm with submission
clinician has the required docs. Must have case management and
discharge experience. Utilization management experience is helpful
but not required. Will take local candidates at travel rate.Travel

ComplianceAll candidates who were a previous perm employee of ANY
Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health
system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. No
exceptions.Floating: All travelers are expected to float to another
unit within their scop of practice if needed. The facility has a
designated float team that floats first however, in the event there
is a need at another campus travelers will float first before perm
staff. All facilities are within a 40-mile radius or less. In the
event that the traveler needs to float, it their responsibility to
find transportation to the facility they re floated to. Traveler s
refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or
forfeiture of guaranteed hours.REFERENCES - Minimum of 2
supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) of
employment total within the last three years within a comparable
specialty/setting that they are are non-billable, average 16 hours
spent. Over 20 hours requires PM approvalModules are completed
pre-start, and annuallyTime spent on modules is self-reported,
