• Employment Type: TravelRate - $80/hr SHIFT- Nights- 3x12 hr shifts - w/ Weekends (EOW) and Holiday as needed *4 Southwest Unit- Is a 56-bed mixed acuity , cardiopulmonary telemetry unit. 4SW specializes in the care of patients 18 years and older with a variety of acute medical diagnoses, some requiring mechanical ventilation, CPAP/Bipap, and high flow oxygen, and patients requiring intermediate level of care. *Will care for covid patients *Will float as needed *Epic experience required *BLS and ACLS required RN Checklist *Do not submit local candidates to these travel positions. If candidate accepts the lower local rate, submit the profile which clearly notates candidate is local and aware local rates are lower. *As of 1/5/2022 all travelers must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. **Any traveler declining the COVID-19 vaccine, must be approved for a medical/religious exemption by their agency The PCU/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
