Culinary Leadership RoleBryce Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to lead the team at our Copper Kettle Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a head chef, with expertise in menu development, team management, and cost control.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that showcase creativity and culinary expertise
• Supervise and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, scheduling, and food safety
• Collaborate with events coordinator to ensure seamless food production for resort events
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve staff performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edgeRequirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a culinary setting
  • Minimum 3 years of chef experience, with a focus on menu development and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
