We're looking for someone to join our team for a Pastry Sous position. Responsibilities include producing pastry items, assisting the Executive Pastry Chef, and helping with dinner services. We require a strong understanding of classic cooking and pastry techniques, as well as basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety procedures.

Preferred qualifications include at least 1 year of managerial experience in a professional kitchen and the ability to stand for long periods. We're looking for someone who is a team player, has a drive to learn, and is flexible with schedules.
