Washington, DC 20037, USA DescriptionThe Shift Leader ensures
proper shift flow without the direct interaction of the General
Manager. The Shift Leader is the second in command after management
and is considered a back-up manager in case of emergency. The Shift
Leader supervises the shift from start to finish, ensuring that the
team is upholding Roti's high hospitality service and operational
standards. The Shift Leader has a solid understanding of the
staff's strengths and weaknesses and is capable of establishing
solid working relationships with the teammates. The Shift Leader is
the leader of the staff and acts as the connection between the
co-workers and management.Our Values:

- Must have excellent hospitality & communication skills.
- Previous restaurant management experience is preferred.
- Able to anticipate and solve problems.
- Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift (up to 35.0
hours/week).
- Must be able to bend and reach overhead often.
