Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Operations Advisor II to join
their team on a remote basis.
Key Responsibilities
Creation and maintenance of hiring requisition data
Act as the point of contact for new and backfill request/approval
processes
Track and report end-to-end details for all open and in-process
hiring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
2-4 years of customer service-related experience
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment in a related
field
Proficiency in Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently
