This is a flexible position with both a mix of office and working from home.We'll also be asking you to:
    • Process complex end-to-end payroll, inclusive of onboarding, offboarding, contract variations, adjustments, leave cash outs, timesheet imports, data checking, variance analysis, system processes etc. within defined timeframes with high accuracy and speed.
    • Resolution of payroll queries in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Comply with audit requirements.
    • Complete complex calculations with an analytical eye for errors and variances.
    • Ensure all documentation is filed as per departmental guidelines.To be considered for this role, you'll need:
      • Knowledge and understanding of Payroll Processing.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
      • Knowledge of current legislative requirements relating to taxation and superannuation.
      • Advanced Word and Excel skills.
