Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Director, Employment Law.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on all aspects of employment law for company
operations
Advise HR on employee lifecycle issues and conduct legal risk
assessments
Draft and update employment-related agreements and guide workplace
investigations
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a
license to practice law
8+ years of legal experience in employment law, with expertise in
private practice or corporate legal departments
Experience advising on cross-border employment law matters with a
multi-state US focus
High moral and ethical standards
