INOVA Blood Donor Services is looking for a dedicated Manager Blood Donor Recruitment to join the team in Sterling Virginia. This role will be Full Time-Days: Monday-Friday with Occasional Weekends, Hours may vary.

  Job Responsibilities:
  
  • 
    
  • Oversees assigned department or functional area to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but not limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing performance of team members, and delegating tasks.
    
  • Identifies opportunities to grow existing business and create new business through aggressive market and donor research.
    
  • Participates in goal setting and culture development with shared accountability for results.
    
  • Develops and manages recruitment budgets to ensure that Account Managers have the resources necessary to meet collection goals.
    
  • Markets Inova Health System Blood Donor Services (IBDS) and provides positive exposure for Inova.
    
  • Participates in the development of new marketing strategies and recruitment materials.
    
  • Other duties as assigned
    
    Additional Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree equivalent to 4 years)
      
    • Experience: Experience in Blood Donation preferred
      
    • Certification: None Required
