Job Description:

Job Title: IT Plant Maintenance Technical SMEWe are seeking an experienced IT Plant Maintenance Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a minimum of 5 years of expertise across various platforms and applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Work Manager mobile application, and related systems. This role involves leading, reviewing, analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying IT applications to support infrastructure and facility projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise applications and system integrations. Manage and maintain SAP Plant Maintenance, Work Manager mobile applications, OnBase, Agile Assets (Sign, Pavement, and Tunnel Management Systems), Pontis Bridge Management System (BrM), Gasboy Fuel Management System, EKOS Fuel Management System, and custom Bridge Assessment Systems. Develop technical specifications, quick reference documents, and detailed system documentation. Troubleshoot, fix issues, and perform unit and QA testing to ensure application performance. Update and manage service requests through ServiceNow. Estimate levels of effort for change requests and manage vendor-developed projects, providing oversight and technical guidance on SAP Plant Maintenance processes. Lead project team meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the following: SAP Plant Maintenance application SAP Work Manager mobile application OnBase application Agile Assets (Sign, Pavement, and Tunnel Management Systems) Pontis Bridge Management System (BrM) Gasboy Fuel Management System EKOS Fuel Management System Custom Bridge Assessment Systems MS Azure DevOps Proven ability to lead and manage technical projects and initiatives. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
