Want to bring your skills to a company that encourages teamwork and champions continuous education and process improvement?Atlas Tech, a veteran-owned IT company serving multiple DoD customers in support of America's warfighters, is looking for a Technical Project Manager in the National Capital Region.As a Project Manager, you will guide and mentor team members, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and manage enterprise-level IT projects. Your role will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and include defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables while involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. You will also play a key role in facilitating Agile development processes and driving successful solution delivery for the customer.Pay Scale: $140,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience)Travel: Up to 30%You Will:

• Define tasks and allocate resources effectively.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and share updates with stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs, using verification techniques.
• Measure and report project performance, escalating issues as necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and third parties.
• Perform risk management to minimize risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders for project alignment.
• Delegate tasks, track performance, and ensure successful goal completion.
• Manage budgets and adjust constraints as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction through post-project reviews.
• Document project estimates, statuses, and completion details.
• Collaborate with teams to propose and manage technical projects.
• Continuously improve project management methodologies and recommend strategies.
• Develop documentation such as spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide regular updates and maintain transparency with stakeholders.You Have:
• Must maintain at least a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Proven experience in enterprise-level IT project management, including developing plans, task tracking, and leading teams.
• Thorough understanding of project management techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with IT system development and service methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing, internal communication, and written/verbal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Solid organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams.
• Previous experience managing technical development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
• At least 7 years of technical project management experience.
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
