As a global system integrator, we deliver expert consulting, development, and cloud services to clients in government, healthcare, banking, and education.Role PurposeThe SAP Functional Expert will be responsible for leading and executing the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA modules across financial and operational domains. The SAP Functional Expert will ensure that solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory compliance, focusing on enhancing financial performance and operational efficiency. The role also involves leading workshops, gathering business requirements, and providing post-implementation support.Main Accountabilities

• Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA modules, including Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Project Systems (PS), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), and FI Contract Accounting (FICA).
• Configure and customize SAP solutions to meet business requirements, focusing on New General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), and Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA).
• Oversee migrations for Central Finance strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and promote adherence to SAP best practices.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, US GASB, and other relevant standards (e.g., IFRS, FERC, Sarbanes Oxley).
• Implement and manage Funds and Grants Management, Special Purpose Ledger, and Banking modules within SAP.
• Develop end-to-end test scripts for system validation and quality assurance.
• Provide expertise in Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA), Cost Element Accounting (CO-CEL), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to meet evolving business needs.Job RequirementsExperience & Skills:
  • At least 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Expert focusing on S/4HANA implementations.
  • Extensive experience in Financials (FI), Controlling (CO), and Project Systems (PS).
  • Ability to lead workshops and influence business decisions towards standard best practices.
  • Strong technical skills in SAP configuration, customization, and integration.
  • SAP S/4HANA Finance Certified Professional certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, US GASB, and (Bonus: IFRS, FERC, Sarbanes Oxley compliance).
  • Experience in Central Finance strategy and SAP migrations.
  • Familiarity with writing and executing end-to-end test scripts.
  • Fluency in English.Personality traits:
