Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
--- Overseeing a docket of pre-litigation personal injury files
--- Maintain updated status documentation of all case files in the case management system
--- Communicating effectively with clients to keep them informed about their cases
--- Strategizing optimal case resolutions and executing them effectively
--- Determining value ranges for claims
--- Engaging in client communication and meetings
--- Negotiating pre-litigation settlements with insurance companies and other parties
--- Reviewing and finalizing settlement releases
--- Handling medical and other liens
--- Daily oversight of the legal assistant team
--- Assist with new case evaluation

Qualifications:
--- Requires a bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree
--- Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative
--- State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory
--- Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued
