The role focuses on government enforcement, mergers, and counseling matters within the antitrust domain.Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Must be bar certified in Washington, DC.
• 4 years of experience in antitrust law, including counseling, investigations, and litigation.
• Previous work on Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings is strongly desired.
• Prior government agency experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with regular client interaction and project management responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:
