A company is looking for a Staff Counsel II with general liability experience.



Key Responsibilities

Independently handle a large volume of general liability cases from inception to conclusion
Analyze complex legal and factual issues and develop defense strategies
Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs in support of legal defense strategies


Qualifications

JD from an ABA approved school and license to practice in California
General liability defense litigation experience
Extensive deposition and alternative dispute resolution experience; trial experience preferred
Ability to handle cases in all counties of Southern California
