Job Description:

A company is looking for an Immigration Legal Assistant (Contract) to support immigration and work authorization processes.



Key Responsibilities

Support outside counsel in managing immigration processes for new hires and existing employees
Track expiration dates for work authorizations and ensure timely renewals
Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding immigration matters and maintain accurate records


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience with U.S. immigration processes, including work visas and permanent residency applications
Proven experience managing immigration cases and coordinating with external legal providers
Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws and visa categories
Experience in creating immigration resources for employee self-service
