proactive, highly organized Operations Associates to join our team!
In this role, you'll provide key operational support forour field
canvassing operations to engage with voters and support Democratic
candidates up-and-down the ballot.Operations Associates work
hand-in-hand with our field offices under the direction of the
National Operations Director to facilitate day-to-day functional
activities, manage complex logistics, and support efficient office
operations. Operations Associates are responsible for tracking
inventory management, independently navigating vendor solutions,
reviewing / completing onboarding paperwork, auditing payroll data
and HR reports, and are often called on to assist with special
projects as needed. You must be able to anticipate potential
operational pain points and proactively problem-solve to succeed in
this role.The ideal candidate is a team player, detail-oriented,
excels at communicating effectively across diverse groups, and
collaborates cross-functionally across teams. Your ability to
thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and
maintain a high level of organization will be key to your success.
Your role involves close collaboration with Field Office Managers
to synchronize complex logistics with project objectives, ensuring
operations deliver the highest standards of accuracy and
efficiency.Our projects always include strong back-office
operational support and strategic guidance. If you consider

timely, compliant onboarding of new field staffManage shift vehicle
inventory and logisticsCoordinate staff lodgingEnsure field offices
have necessary supplies and equipmentCoordinate with vendor
partners to ensure organizational needs are metMonitor accurate
payroll administration for assigned field officesAudit staff
receipts and documentation submitted for project expensesCoordinate
facilities and property management tasks, including utilities,
Wi-Fi, and key controlProvide versatile operational support,
including transporting materials as neededQualifications1-2 years
of experience in operations, logistics, or related fields with
similar responsibilitiesKnowledge of basic HR principles
preferredDemonstrated knowledge of payroll and onboarding
systemsProficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
applicationsCommitment to progressive valuesMust have a laptop and
smartphone with data serviceMust be able to handle moderate
physical activity for multiple hours a dayMust be able to drive /
