Location:Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living Oak Crest is a beautiful 87 acre continuing care retirement community located in Parkville, MD. Oak Crest is the 2nd largest continuing care community in the United States. We're part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states-and growing.We are hiring personnel who are certified as both a GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) and a CMT (Certified Med Tech). Our Care Associates support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents needs. Compensation: commensurate for experience between $17.00 - $21.25 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings.Shift differentials include:$1.00 hourly for evening shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm)$1.00 hourly for night shift (11:00pm - 7:30am)$4.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts) Help people live better lives by:

• Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents What we offer:

    • Current GNA certification for Maryland
    • Current CM-T certification for Maryland
    • 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred
    • 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
