Primary DutiesThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Responsible for the care of the building.
  • Responsible for the care of the ground
  • Performs janitorial duties around the different areas of the building daily.
  • Receives training on various equipment utilized in the process of daily housekeeping tasks
  • Training utilized to operate floor buffer machine and scrubber machine to clean rugs around the building.Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications: Education, Experience and Certification(s)
      • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
        • Good oral/verbal communication skills Supervision Received The incumbent is assigned duties according to specified procedure and receives detailed instructions.
