Home Care Supervisor - Federal Way, King County
Korean Women's Association (KWA) is currently seeking a full-time Home Care Manager to join our dedicated team.

YOUR DAY AS A HOME CARE MANAGER:
As a Home Care Manager, your responsibilities encompass strategic oversight and compassionate leadership. Your days will involve managing schedules, coordinating care services, and providing guidance to our team of caregivers, ensuring that every individual receives the highest standard of care.

TO SUCCEED, YOU WILL NEED:

• 
  
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
  
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
  
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Good time management and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively
  
• Proficiency with MS Office
  
• Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Some college
    
  • Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities
    
    
    SCHEDULE:
    Your schedule will adhere to standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
