• Performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare regular reports for program leadership on procurement status and challenges.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Provide guidance and support to procurement team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement-related inquiries and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Implement and oversee asset management processes to track and manage hardware inventory.Basic Qualifications:
  • US Citizen with at least a Top Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience or Master's with at least 10 years experience.
  • Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with asset management and inventory tracking.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with government contracting and specific familiarity with Air Force Life Cycle Management Center processes.
    • Experience with strategic sourcing and cost-reduction initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of market trends and technologies related to hardware procurement.
    • Proficiency in procurement and project management software.
    • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) or contract management (e.g., CPCM).
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
    • Experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies.
    • Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a procurement team.
