Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Specialist to
manage overdue accounts and collect payments.
Key Responsibilities
Increase collection of outstanding payments within the personal
finance department
Identify accounts with overdue payments and propose solutions to
bring loans current
Conduct outbound/inbound calls with clients to resolve debts
owed
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
Prior telemarketing experience with financial products
preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
