Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retention Specialist to manage
patient retention efforts through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from existing patients and address their
inquiries
Assist with payment processing and claims questions
Make outbound calls to patients to encourage their return to the
service
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED required
1-2 years of experience in collections activities or customer
service
Experience in a high volume, phone-based environment
